Terms of Service

To register as a Service Provider, you must:

• Be a legally registered business entity or qualified professional permitted to provide the listed services.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date company and service information.
• Have the authority to represent and bind the organization you register on behalf of.

• Providers are responsible for the accuracy, completness, and legality of all service descriptions, pricing information,certifications, and claims.
• Providers must ensure that all listed services comply with applicable lawws, professional standards,and industry regulations.
• Misleading,false,or exxaggerated claims are strictly prohibited and may result in removal of the service listing and/or termination of the provider's account.

As a Service Provider on the Platform, you agree to:

• Deliver services professionally and in accordance with applicable standards.
• Respond to inquiries from Platform users in a timely and professional manner.
• Honor commitments, proposals, and agreements made with client organizations through the Platform.
• Maintain valid licnses, certifications, and permits where required for thee services you offer.

• Any Agreements,enggagements, or transactions resulting from contact through the Platform is solely between the Provider and the client organization.
• Providers are responsible for contracts,pricing,delivery,invoicing, taxes, and dispute resolution related to their services.
• Execorner is not a party to any agreements between Providers and clients and shall not be liable for any disputes or claims arising from such relationships.

• Execorner may charge subscription fees, listing fees, comission fees, or ether commercial charges, as a communicated separately.
• All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwis in writing.
• Execorner reserves the right to modify its pricing structure with prior notice to Providers.

Provider Content

• Providers retain ownership of logos, trademarks, service descriptions, and materials submitted to the Platform (Provider Content).
• By submitting Provider Content, you grant ExeCorner a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, promote, publish, and distribute such content for Platform and marketing purposes.

Platform Intellectual Property

• Providers may not use ExeCorner branding, trademarks, or materials without prior written consent.

• Execorner may allow users to sumit reviews or ratings of Providers.
• Providers may not manipulate, falsify, or incentivize reviews in a misleading manner.
• Execorner reserves the right to moderate or remove reviews that violate Platform policies.
